App shuts down!

I must say, I love the app so much which makes it even more frustrating that now it keeps shutting down after 5 sec of use. Ive tried EVERYTHING including deleting and reinstalling, what can I do, PLS HELP!! I know I wouldve given 7 stars (if possible) but for this issue.
